what is #nouveaucap?
Launched by PULSE, #NouveauCap is a support programme for anyone over 45 who wants to give new meaning to their career by exploring the possibilities offered by impact entrepreneurship.
With inspiration sessions, training, individual support and personal development, this free programme will help you move from idea to action and give your career a #NewCap!

3 months to embark on your entrepreneurial adventure with #nouveaucap!
The programme will be punctuated by 3 boot camps, face-to-face group sessions that will help you lay the foundations of your project and get you started on the entrepreneurial adventure.
BOOT CAMP 1:
ENTREPRENEURSHIP & ME
Meet the class, get a dose of inspiration and take stock of your personal situation before embarking on your entrepreneurial adventure.
BOOT CAMP 2:
TOWARDS THE CREATION OF SOCIAL AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL VALUE
Develop an entrepreneurial solution with a strong social and/or environmental impact.
BOOT CAMP 3:
MY PROJECT COMES TO LIFE!
Plan the development of your project to project yourself into the life of an entrepreneur of change.
Throughout the programme, you will also benefit from:
individual follow-up
Individual support will provide you with answers, contacts and resources tailored to your needs.
a toolbox dedicated to entrepreneurship
This toolbox will give you ongoing access to educational resources on entrepreneurship, so you can learn at your own pace.
training and inspiration webinars
Meetings with experts and seasoned entrepreneurs to inspire you.
At the end of the programme, a jury will meet to select the 3 most promising projects, which will benefit from 6 months of intensive support to help them get their project off the ground (from January to June 2022)!

A unique programme for anyone over 45 in professional transition: a personalised, tailored approach combining personal development, training in impact entrepreneurship and inspiring encounters with experts in the sector!
A programme accessible wherever you are in France: workshops and group sessions combining face-to-face (in emblematic locations of the Social and Solidarity Economy throughout France) and distance learning (in the form of webinars).
At the end of the programme, a closing evening will be organised.
Access to the PULSE community of change entrepreneurs: more than 2,000 entrepreneurs in France and abroad.
