WHO ARE WE?
OUR GOVERNANCE
The PULSE team is made up of over 60 employees, under the General Management of Anne-Leila BATEL and the Deputy General Management of Kelly ROBIN. It meets annually in plenary session with managers and representatives from each country and on a fortnightly or quarterly basis depending on the subject. It collectively implements the operational management of the association.
The Chairman and Sole Administrator of PULSE is Nicolas Messio. He is the association’s permanent representative.
The PULSE General Assembly has two active members (legal entities): the Union du Groupe SOS association and the Groupe SOS International association.
The General Assembly of the Union du Groupe SOS and the Groupe SOS International association is the same, and is made up of 95 active members (individuals).
