WHO ARE WE?
ADVOCACY CAMPAIGN
FOR IMPACT ENTREPRENEURSHIP ACCESSIBLE TO ALL
Considering that in order to better fulfil our social vocation, we also needed to seek to improve the SSE ecosystem as a whole, focusing in particular on the gaps identified and the solutions we believe in, PULSE launched its first advocacy campaign in 2022.
It focuses on the accessibility of impact entrepreneurship and has been designed using a collective approach within PULSE. In fact, our advocacy is based on our global theory of change, the issues common to each of our incubators, and by setting up an editorial committee bringing together expertise from the field in each of our locations.
Launched at the World Impact Summit in December 2022, this first text aims above all to lay the foundations for an advocacy strategy to make impact entrepreneurship more accessible, particularly in Africa and Europe. Through this position paper, PULSE aims to propose concrete solutions to encourage the development of impact entrepreneurship in its areas of intervention, particularly for so-called marginalised groups. PULSE’s advocacy aims to make the association’s actions more visible and understandable to its stakeholders (entrepreneurs, donors, ecosystem partners, etc.). PULSE’s advocacy also aims to change practices, legislation and support mechanisms for the social and solidarity economy by initiating a dissemination strategy in 2023 aimed at political decision-makers.
